Isadora Kolodny

Partner, Champaign

Isadora leads the firm’s birth injury and diagnosis cases.

Isadora studied biology and came close to medical school before choosing law. She spends much of her week talking with the physicians who review our cases, and she is the partner who translates what they say.

She works with families in Champaign County and the towns around it, often over a long stretch of time.

Why Isadora writes everything down

A long case is easy to lose in your head. She keeps a plain timeline for each family, in their words, that she updates after every call.

She also asks families to keep their own: a short note each time something changes. It is the first thing a physician reviewer asks to see.

Her office in Champaign is open by appointment in the evenings.

She will tell you what she would write down first.

There is no fee for the review, and no fee at all unless we recover money for you. Case costs such as record fees, expert review and filing fees are set out in a written fee agreement we go through with you before you sign.
